Villa Libellule’s newest addition, a stunning outdoor pool, elevates the villa’s luxury to new heights. Surrounded by the lush garden’s citrus trees and vibrant bougainvillea, the pool offers a serene escape for swimming, lounging, and enjoying the Côte d’Azur’s sunshine.

In Villa Libelulle’s courtyard, you’ll find an outdoor kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, grill, and everything you need for an unforgettable dinner with your friends and family. Furthermore, the courtyard has a lounge area to enjoy.

Villa Libellule has 12 beds distributed in 6 bedrooms, all decorated in their own distinctive character. The two cosy living rooms have comfortable lounge areas, flat-screen TVs, and lots of movies and books. The kitchen is located in the heart of the house and has a small dining area in the classic Provence style.

Security

Please, make sure all windows upstairs and downstairs including the doors to the garden, are locked when leaving the house. If leaving the house for longer period or overnight please close all shutters throughout the house.

On departure

If no other arrangements have been agreed on, the cleaning staff will arrive at 10 am on your departure day and begin cleaning the two lower levels. You are welcome to stay on the first floor and finish packing until 12 am. Please, make sure that all shutters are closed and the front door securely locked, also remember to leave the key behind in the kitchen before taking off.

Light & Final Cleaning

During your stay, a light cleaning including garden, kitchen, bathrooms and change of linen is available at 175€. Please call or text Signe and she will arrange it for you. Signe: +45 528 345 075 Upon your departure a thorough final cleaning is included in the rate. You are expected to leave the house in a reasonably orderly condition, so that our cleaning team does not have to spend extra time clearing up. For instance, please avoid leaving dirty dishes in the kitchen, and remember to put away bikes & beach gear. If the house is left in disarray an extra fee of minimum 300€ will be added to your bill.

Trash & Recycling

Trash must be collected in one or more large plastic bags, which can be purchased at the local supermarket, if there are none available in the house. Securely packaged trash must be placed outside the front door against the wall between approx. 6 and 8 pm and will be picked up by the garbage truck in the evening. If you are not home during these hours, you can leave the bags on the sidewalk any time. Please note that the seagulls are very aggressive and will tear the bags to shreds if they are not securely packaged, use more than 1 bag if necessary. There are containers for glass items just across from the U Express, the supermarket just down the road.
