CORONA INFO

Please remember that you need to show documentation for a recent negative Corona-test upon check-in (Corona-passport) this will give you the freedom to move around the entire hotel, pool area and restaurant without restraint or worry.

 

For your sake and ours, we are minimizing contact to the necessary, and our house- keeping team will therefore not be entering your room during your stay unless you have specifically requested it, by leaving the black please-make-up-my-room sign on the doorhandle before 12.00. Any trash that you wish to dispose of, can be placed in the green bags from the rubbish bin and placed outside your door before 12.00. If you are in need of fresh towels, toiletries or bed-linens, please call reception and let them know – we will make sure that they are delivered to your door.

Our café is open for breakfast buffet in the morning and light a la carte menu the rest of the day until 22.00. NB! Masks are also mandatory when taking public transportation,including taxis.

Feeling sick? If you feel ill during your stay, then please stay in your room and do not come down to the reception or common areas. Call the medical hotline on 1813 to get in touch with the health authorities – or call our front desk and we will put you in contact with them

SAFE DISTANCE

We have organised our buildings, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure the requisite distance between our guests. We thoroughly cleanse and disinfect the contact points that many people touch throughout the day. High-touch areas, such as bathrooms, elevator buttons and remote controls, are disinfected and cleaned with an even higher frequency. All tables, menus and chairs in our restaurants are cleaned at a much higher frequency, and after each seating. We have reviewed our workflows to minimize the amount of close contact between guests, employees and suppliers. We have a plan in place for handling cases where COVID19 infection is suspected – or confirmed – among guests or staff. RESTAURANTS Due to current restrictions, our restaurants are operating according to changing and dynamic opening hours.
