Organic Restaurant

is a Nordic restaurant concept founded by Danish chef Paul Bak and Sandra Malalah.

Our mission is to challenge the food culture in Oslo and provide with a unique, tasty and innovative menu, whilst remaining the social importance of sharing a meal, and the keeping the ethical values and responsibilities we all have towards our habitat.

Each farmer and producer are carefully chosen with a background check when it comes to animal wellfare and environmental sustainability.

99% of the products we use are from Norwegian land

CONFERENCE/EVENTS

The hotel restaurant will spoil you with lovingly prepared food. 

Globally inspired, sustainable & healthy, always with an element of surprise. It is possible to reserve a cosy & enclosed corner of the room for private meetings or dinners.

there is a  whitescreen &  projector , the room can accomedate up to 14 persons. We love to spoil you and make sure you fall in love with Oslo.
