On the last day of the year, we go into celebration mode! The very best food and wine that our amazing organic suppliers have to offer, lovingly prepared by our super-skilled and food-loving chef Elisa and her team. A gourmet evening topped off with midnight on the rooftop – champagne, kransekage (traditional Danish almond cake) and fireworks over the beautiful Copenhagen skyline.
