Restaurant Chapung is our rooftop restaurant at 5-star Manon Les Suites. The restaurant offers a gourmet Asian Fusion signature menu, spearheaded by star chef Nan Kanokwan Kortaisong, formerly of Kiin Kiin, Lalala, and Nimb.

In line with the Guldsmeden Hotels concept, Restaurant Chapung strongly focuses on sustainability and local & organic produce.
