We are looking for a full time Restaurant Supervisor who believes that both Service and Guest Awareness should be with capital letters. About Us:

You will be part of the daily operations in our all-day restaurant, Restaurant Chapung, where we serve fantastic organic food - from Guldsmeden’s fabulous breakfast buffet to à la carte lunches, dinners, conferences and events.

Your Responsibilities:

· Oversee the daily food and beverage service operations in the Hotel.

· Ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant, bar, and event spaces.

· Deliver exceptional guest experiences in collaboration with our Restaurant & Event Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager.

· Be an inspiring leader who sets the standard for service and quality and hold their team accountable to superior service standards.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

· Has minimum 2 years experience in the hospitality / hotel industry and understands top-notch customer service.

· Is proactive and maintains a positive attitude.

· Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while keeping a cool head.

· Can motivate and lead a team toward common goals.

· Is flexible and adaptable to the unique challenges of working in a busy hotel service environment.

· Valid and unrestricted work rights in Denmark.
