About Us:
You will be part of the daily operations in our all-day restaurant where we serve fantastic organic food - from Guldsmeden’s fabulous breakfast buffet to à la carte lunches, dinners, conferences and events.
Your Responsibilities:
· Deliver daily food and beverage service operations in the Hotel
· Ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant, bar, and event spaces
· Deliver exceptional guest experiences in collaboration with our Restaurant & Event Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager
· Be an inspiring leader who sets the standard for service and quality and hold contribute to whole of team superior service standards
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
· Has minimum 6 months hospitality / hotel industry experience and understands top-notch customer service
· Is proactive and maintains a positive attitude
· Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while keeping a cool head
· Can motivate and contribute to whole of team common goals
· Is flexible and adaptable to the unique challenges of working in a busy hotel service environment
· Valid and unrestricted work rights in Denmark
