A great selection of breads and croissants, fresh boiled and scrambled eggs, the best crispy bacon, Danish ham and salamis, mounds of fresh cheeses and butter, bowls of sliced fruit and platters of the best cakes, chock-full of nuts, dried fruit and honey followed by our absolutely mandatory homemade special yoghurts topped with homemade brown-bread cereal, acacia honey and almonds.

Lactose free, gluten free and vegan options are available on request.

Nestled within our spacious and verdant courtyard, you’ll find an outdoor, heated pool, ready for your refreshing dips. Between swims, take a moment to relax with a steaming cup of coffee or a cool beverage, soaking in the serenity of the surroundings.

The courtyard itself is your tranquil retreat, ideal for those moments when you want to relax. And with our restaurant so close, you can easily enjoy a meal or drink in this peaceful setting.

Beyond the pool, you can explore our steam room and sauna – perfect places to unwind after a day filled with adventures or a brisk swim.

We kindly ask you to maintain the peaceful ambiance of the pool area and to be considerate of others. And just a gentle reminder: inflatable animals are best enjoyed elsewhere. ?

We suggest using the street parking options for convenient car parking near the hotel. Bryggen Guldsmeden is situated within the blue parking zone. Bicycle Parking

Bicycle parking is available right outside the hotel. It is public parking.

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to park bicycles within the hotel’s premises or in locked facilities.

Based on NASA technology developed for the Mars mission, these showers are able to re-circulate water (only your specific water, don´t worry), and save between 60-90% of the water usage, depending on length of shower(so the longer you shower, the more you save – nice huh :0) ?
