Metro:
Take Metro M2 from Copenhagen Airport towards Vanløse. Switch to the M3 line towards Marmorkirken at Kongens Nytorv Station. Get of at Mamorkirken and walk about 4 minutes to Babette Guldsmeden. The journey takes about 40 minutes in total
Train:
Take the regional train from the airport towards Helsingør. Get of at Østerport. From there, it’s just a 8-minute walk to the hotel. The journey takes about 40 minutes in total.
By Taxi (Bolt):
A taxi ride from the airport to Babette Guldsmeden takes about 20–25 minutes, depending on traffic (Bolt is a taxi service exclusively using electric vehicles)

Do you have a gym?
We do not have a gym, but just across from the hotel we have Copenhagens best running route in the citadel park ‘Kastellet’. We also can point you to a gym at Østerport station which is 8 minutes away.
Do you have a spa?
Yes, we have a beautiful rooftop spa. The spa and lounge area features a traditional sauna, a refreshing cold-water bucket shower, and a steam bath infused with aromatic essential oils. Outside, you can unwind while taking in stunning views of the Marble Church and the Copenhagen skyline.
Can I rent a bike?
Yes, we offer bikes for rent. Ask at the front desk when you check in – the bikes are subject to availability.
Can I request an extra bed or baby cot?
Yes, extra beds and cribs are available upon request and in certain room types. Please contact the hotel prior to booking your stay. A baby cot can also be added as an add-on when booking directly on our website.
The baby cot is suitable for children up to 2 years old and costs 300 DKK per stay.
Is breakfast included in my reservation?
When booking your stay at guldsmedenhotels.com, you have the option to choose a room including our Signature Organic Breakfast. If you prefer, you can also add breakfast during your stay. However, please note that the best price is available when adding breakfast to your reservation during the online booking process.
Do you offer gluten-free options at the Signature breakfast buffet?

Are dogs allowed at the hotel?
Yes! We are a dog-friendly hotel chain, and your dog is welcome for a fee of 200 DKK / Night. Please add your dog to your reservation when you book at guldsmedenhotels.com. Max 1 dog per room.
Can I request a specific room number?
You are welcome to request a specific room number, but please note that we cannot guarantee it, as room assignments are subject to availability.
Can I book a room facing the courtyard?

Can I request room decorations?
Yes, we can accommodate special decoration requests to some extent. Please note that we always strive to stay true to our sustainable values when doing so. Kindly send your request to the hotel reception ahead of your arrival, and we’ll do our best to meet it.

Can you store my bags before I check-in or after I check out?
Yes, that can be arranged. The front desk will hold them for you until you are ready.
Do you offer early check-in and late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out can be added to your reservation during the booking process at guldsmedenhotels.com. Although subject to availability, we always do our utmost to accommodate your request.
When do I check-out?
Check-out is at 12:00. Late check-out can be added as an add-on for 300 DKK when booking online, subject to availability.

When can I check-in?
Check-in is after 15:00. If you arrive early, we can hold your bags while you explore the house or take a stroll around the city (we’ll point you in the right direction) until your room is available.
It’s also possible to add early check-in from 12:00 as an add-on for 400 DKK, subject to availability.
What is the minimum age required to check in?
Guests must be 18 years or older to book a room. If you are not traveling with a parent or legal guardian, you must be at least 18. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if valid identification cannot be provided upon check-in.

What amenities are in the rooms?
All rooms are equipped with eco-certified shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion from ILoveEcoEssentials, a flat-screen TV, Bluetooth radio with input, a hairdryer and an in-room safe.
Is Babette Guldsmeden Accessible?
Yes, There is a lift system to help wheelchair users down the 3 steps to reception. In the lobby area, there are 2 elevators on the ground floor for wheelchair users, and 9 out of total 98 rooms are accessible. Breakfast and restaurant are located on ground floor and accessible. Can I smoke in the room?
No. All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you light up or vape inside the hotel, we wil charge a 2000 dkk smoking fee to your card.
Reservation, Modification & Cancellation
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Our modification and cancellation terms vary per rate plan booked. Please check the reservation policies while you are making your reservation. These can be found during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation.
When will my credit card be charged?
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking. Payment is taken upon check-in unless stated otherwise. If the booking is non-refundable, the full amount will be charged immediately after the reservation is completed.
