Signature Breakfast

Of course, we also bring our beloved Guldsmeden Signature Breakfast to Aarhus.

Our organic signature breakfast is served daily and features a generous selection of freshly baked breads and croissants, eggs, crispy bacon, Danish cold cuts, cheeses, fresh fruit, homemade cakes, and our signature yoghurts with brown-bread granola, acacia honey, and almonds.

Lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegan options are available on request.

Our courtyard will become a natural gathering spot at the heart of the hotel – a relaxed outdoor space designed for both quiet moments and social time.

Start your day here with breakfast, return for a break in the afternoon, or enjoy a drink or dinner from our restaurant as the day winds down. Framed by greenery and a calm atmosphere, it will be an easy place to settle in and stay a while.

Parking is available nearby at Dokk1 Parking, just a short walk (8 min) from the hotel.

Location

Located on Kalkværksvej 11, Belle Guldsmeden sits in the emerging Sydhavnskvarteret – a vibrant and creative area just moments from Aarhus city centre.

Whether you arrive by train, bus or car, we look forward to welcoming you. Here is a little guide to help you find your way to the hotel.

Arriving by train?

Step inside Bruuns Galleri and turn left, where you will find an exit leading towards Værkmestergade.

Follow Værkmestergade and make your way up to Kulbroen. From here, you will see the access point to the hotel entrance. This entrance will lead you directly to our reception, where we will be ready to welcome you.

Arriving by bus?

The bus station is located on Sønder Allé. From there, head towards the left side of Spanien and follow the street until you reach Letbanebroen. Here, you will find a crossing to Kalkværksvej.

There are three possible routes from here — and no worries, they all lead to us — but the easiest way is to continue straight ahead towards Papirlageret.

Turn left at the first opportunity, and after around 100 metres you will find our main entrance with three elevators. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Once you arrive, turn left to find the reception.

Arriving by car?

Before 1 September
You will need to arrange parking yourself. There are several Q-Park options in the area. From there, make your way to Kalkværksvej 11.

From 1 September onwards
Please find and reserve parking at Q-Park, Kalkværksvej 10C-D-E. Once you exit the car park, turn right and then immediately left to find the main entrance with three elevators. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor, where our reception is waiting for you.
