Overall, sustainability for us is the fundamental element of our entire operation, and no decision is made, a production started, or a new process was introduced without the sustainability angle having defined it first. It is our first priority that sets all the goals.

No, you pay when you arrive at the hotel.

Promo codes, coupons and giftcards

On desktop: When choosing your hotel at the topbar, enter the promo code in “promo code” before clicking search.

No, but you can book your stay online and bring your giftcard to the hotel as payment.

Yes, you can buy a giftcard online. For more information, click here.

If the giftcard was bought through guldsmedenhotels.com, you can use it on all of our hotels around the world.

Please note: Giftcards cannot be used for Aarhus Guldsmeden on bookings made after December 31, 2021, as the hotel will no longer be a part of the Guldsmeden franchise.

You have to book your stay online and bring your giftcard with you to the hotel. You can use it to pay for your stay when you arrive at the hotel.

Yes, you can contact the hotels to hear more about your options. For the Guldsmeden Signature Breakfast, lactose free, gluten free and vegan options are available on request.

No, you have to buy it as an add-on. You can see the breakfast prices for each hotel when booking.

It depends on the hotel. Make sure to check if parking is available on the hotel’s own page, and whether pre-booking is required or not. Sometimes you have to pay a fee to park your car.

Yes, you can park your electric car, electric motorcycle or hydrogen car in all public car parks in Copenhagen for free – except in the underground car parks. Read more about electric cars parking and charging stations on Københavns Kommune’s website here.

Yes, we’re able to store your baggage for you at all of our Copenhgen hotels. We can also look after it after check-out while you’re e.g. waiting for your flight.

Manon Les Suites

No, only guests staying at Manon Les Suites can access the pool, and you cannot buy a day ticket to the pool. You have to book an overnight stay to gain access.

Axel Guldsmeden

No. If you have booked the spa, you have access to the common spa, but you do not have it to yourself.

Axel has two different room categories with jacuzzi – Penthouse and Rooftop. Both rooms have a private rooftop terrace where you’ll find a jacuzzi. The Penthouse is a bit larger than the Rooftop.
