Guldsmeden Hotels collects and uses personal data from our hotel guests and members of our loyalty program, Guldsmeden Hotels Loyalty Programme. We only collect personal data that is relevant for above mentioned services. We collect:

If you provide us with other peoples personal data (for example a group booking), it is your responsibility that permission is given to use their data in accordance with this Personal Data and Integration Policy.
We work with partners that ensure that our services and infrastructure work as intended and your personal data may be transferred to them. Our partners supplied Guldsmeden with a Data Processsing Agreement to secure that your personal data will be used only for our services, in accordance with our instructions and the current legislation. Personal data may be shared if requested by the police or other public authorities and in connection with a criminal investigation and according to the local legislation.
Marketing: The personal data you provide to Guldsmedenhotels.com, may be used by us for direct marketing purposes. You may at any time choose not to receive marketing materials from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each e-mail you may receive, by indicating so when we contact you, or by contacting us directly on booking@guldsmedenhotels.com.
Camera surveillance
To guarantee security and prevent crime, we monitor public areas in our hotels with the help of cameras. This means that if you visit our hotels, you may be filmed with such equipment. We want to be able to offer a safer and more secure environment for you as a guest, for our employees and to protect our property.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We may share the personal data with others, for instance our hotel partners or companies that provide services for hotel partners (e.g. SHR Global Windsurfer CRS, canary technologies), in case you make a booking. We do not otherwise share personal data with third parties, except for the requirement to disclose your personal data as required by law when we reasonably believe that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights or property of Guldsmedenhotels.com or others when we have reasonable grounds to believe that such rights or property have been or could be affected. Legal Basis for Processing of Personal Data
When you visit our website, the basis for the processing of your personal data is that it is necessary for us in order to pursue our legitimate interests in improving our website and customer experience, cf. We do not believe our site is appealing to children, nor are they directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 16.
