Our Jungle Club spa area is located in our green courtyard and offers a peaceful place to unwind. Take a dip in the heated pool at 29°C, or relax in the sauna and steam room after a day exploring Copenhagen.

To ensure a serene atmosphere, early mornings and evenings are reserved for adults (15+). Children under 15 are welcome between 09:00 and 18:00, under supervision and with consideration for other guests

Signature breakfast

Don’t miss the Guldsmeden signature organic breakfast while you’re here. Designed to keep you sated and energized for hours, the variation and possibilities are endless.

A great selection of breads, croissants and cakes form the base for a mound of warm or cold, delicious and healthy choices.

Amongst many other things, we serve freshly boiled and scrambled eggs, chicken sausages, fresh & fried seasonal vegetables, locally caught smoked fish, hams and salamis, mounds of fresh cheeses and butter, bowls of whole or sliced fruit, followed by our absolutely mandatory homemade special yoghurts topped with homemade brown-bread cereal, chock-full of nuts, seeds and honey.

We have a selection of lactose free, gluten free and vegan options available on request in addition to what is already on the breakfast buffet.

Parking

Car Parking

We recommend using the street parking options near the hotel. Bryggen Guldsmeden is located in Copenhagen’s blue parking zone. Indoor parking is also available at Erik Eriksens Gade 5. Additional information about parking in Copenhagen can be found here:

Bicycle Parking

Bicycle parking is available directly outside the hotel and is open to the public. We kindly recommend removing the battery from your bicycle while it is parked to help prevent theft.

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to park bicycles within the hotel’s premises or in locked facilities.

Location & Accessibility

Islands Brygge is a lively neighbourhood with plenty to explore within walking distance, including small galleries, shops, cafés and restaurants. The area also offers several green spaces, and the city centre is only a 10-minute metro ride away. Be sure to visit Islands Brygge Harbour Bath, one of Copenhagen’s most popular places for a swim.

Public transport:

Take Metro M2 from Copenhagen Airport towards Vanløse. Get off at Christianshavn Station and switch to Metro M1 towards Vestamager. Get off at Islands Brygge Station. From there, it’s about a 5-minute walk to Bryggen Guldsmeden. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes.

A taxi ride from Copenhagen Airport to Bryggen Guldsmeden takes approximately 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic.

Accessibility

The hotel is accessible for wheelchair users by lift to lobby and lifts to floors/rooms. Specific rooms are designated to wheelchair users.
