Packages can be sent from within Norway or abroad, but the hotel does not take responsibility for customs clearance, taxes, or delays. If our staff need to assist with returns, repackaging, or resending, we will charge for all related costs – including postage, materials, labor, and administrative time. These charges are significantly higher than the shipping cost alone, as we also need to cover VAT, employee time, and logistics. We recommend informing us in advance if you plan to have something delivered.

Yes, we can accommodate special decoration requests to some extent. Please note that we always strive to stay true to our sustainable values when doing so. Kindly send your request to the hotel reception ahead of your arrival, and we’ll do our best to meet it.

We don’t have a gym, but we do have a cozy private spa and sauna. You can book a timeslot for private use, and access is available for an extra fee. Just ask reception – we’ll be happy to help you arrange it.

We unfortunately do not have bike rentals, but our reception can help you explore the different options available.

Yes, that can be arranged. The front desk will hold them for you until you are ready.

Yes, we offer free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Access is provided at check-in.

Early check-in and late check-out can be added to your reservation during the booking process at Guldsmedenhotels.com. Although subject to availability, we always do our utmost to accommodate your request.

Check-out is at 11:00. Late check-out can be added as an add-on for 400 NOK when booking online, subject to availability.

On the day of your departure, please stop by the reception to return your key cards and settle any outstanding payments,

Check-in is after 15:00. If you arrive early, we can hold your bags while you explore the house or take a stroll around the city (we’ll point you in the right direction) until your room is available.

It’s also possible to add early check-in from 12:00 as an add-on for 400 NOK, subject to availability.

Guests must be 18 years or older to book a room. If you are not traveling with a parent or legal guardian, you must be at least 18. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if valid identification cannot be provided upon check-in.

Once we have received all your company details, we will set up your corporate agreement and provide you with a unique booking code for easy and direct online booking. Please use this code on our website in the “Booking Code” field when selecting your hotel and dates.

Group bookings for more than 5 guests are handled separately upon request and are not included under the standard corporate agreement.
