Once we have received all your company details, we will set up your corporate agreement and provide you with a unique booking code for easy and direct online booking. Please use this code on our website in the “Booking Code” field when selecting your hotel and dates.

Group bookings for more than 5 guests are handled separately upon request and are not included under the standard corporate agreement.

We aim to get your corporate agreement up and running as quickly as possible – typically within 1-3 business days. Until then, our team is happy to assist with bookings directly via email, so you can start booking right away.

Payment is made directly upon arrival at the hotel. All guests pay upon arrival. Prepayment is not available for individual bookings.

Dynamic rate agreements are available throughout the entire year.

Fixed-rate agreements may be subject to blackout dates.

Yes, corporate partners receive a 10% discount on all meeting room packages.
