Once we have received all your company details, we will set up your corporate agreement and provide you with a unique booking code for easy and direct online booking. Please use this code on our website in the “Booking Code” field when selecting your hotel and dates.

Group bookings for more than 5 guests are handled separately upon request and are not included under the standard corporate agreement.

Payment is made directly upon arrival at the hotel. All guests pay upon arrival. Prepayment is not available for individual bookings.

Corporate agreements are intended for single or double occupancy business stays only.

This means the corporate discount cannot be used for private family or leisure stays.

Corporate partners benefit from same-day cancellation until 12:00 PM, with enhanced agreements offering cancellation up to 6:00 PM on the day of arrival, depending on partnership level.
