Bertrams Guldsmeden is the smallest of the Guldsmeden Hotels in Copenhagen, and this 47-room oasis opened in 2005. The whole ground floor of Bertrams consists of cosy lounge areas, café and garden. There are so many great places in this neighbourhood – a huge selection of restaurants & cafés, great shopping if you´re after something cool and unusual, art galleries and music venues, and lovely parks just a short walk away. Ask us, if you need pointers or recommendations!
And if you´re in the mood for company– join us for a drink, a coffee, a chat or just a relaxing moment in our cosy lounge and garden.
Please note that Bertrams is not ideal for children, and we recommend that families choose one of our sister hotels in Copenhagen.
Our garden is one of our favourite places in the world – any time of the year, it is an unexpected oasis in a busy urban area. We have lots of warm rugs and blankets available, so rain or shine, there´s always an opportunity for a breath of fresh air!
Our lovely rooms all feature the signature Guldsmeden Hotels four-poster bed
The delicious and wholly organic breakfast is served in our cosy restaurant every day – 155 DKK per person.

Flying in?
You will land at Copenhagen Airport (CPH). The easiest way from the airport is by taxi. However if you are set on public transport, we recommend the train to the central station (København H), and then a brisk 12 – 15 minute walk. Alternatively, you can take bus 6A from the central station (3 stops to Enghavevej – towards Rødovrehallen). If you choose public transport instead of taxi, then take the regular train service to the Central Station. Here are directions to the hotel by foot from the Central Station:
