Night receptionist at Belle Guldsmeden, Aarhus

 

Belle Guldsmeden is returning to Aarhus and will open its doors on July 1st, 2026. We are
currently building a strong reception team – maybe that includes you?

We are looking for someone who thrives in the quiet hours of the night - someone who can be
the calm, reassuring presence for our guests while the rest of the house sleeps. With us, the
night shift is not just a job. It’s a responsibility we entrust with confidence.

 

Your role

You will have overall responsibility for the hotel during the night and ensure everything runs
smoothly:

– Check-in and check-out of guests
– Telephone service
– Cash handling and reconciliation
– Preparing for the breakfast buffet
– Light cleaning and administrative tasks
– Serving in the bar
– Creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere

You are the one who keeps everything together – with overview, calmness, and a smile.

Practical information

Full-time – weekdays and weekends
Working hours may vary, but typically from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
