The fine print
- The offered rates apply only to individual bookings made online using the company code directly on our website www.guldsmedenhotels.com.
- In some periods, due to large events taking place or generally high demand, a limited number of rooms per category per day are offered with the corporate rate. During periods of high demand or larger events, when the corporate rate may not be available, guests can book our standard daily rate.
- For group reservations of more than 5 rooms, please contact us at booking@guldsmedenhotels.com – The company code cannot be used for bookings > 5.
- All rates are inclusive of all tax and services and are non-commissionable.
No-show and late cancellation
- In case of no-show or cancellation after the deadline, the first night of the reservation will be charged to the card provided for guarantee and remaining nights, if any, will be cancelled.
